Common questions
When does the first charge happen?
At the end of the 30-day trial. If you signed up on June 1, the first charge runs on July 1. The billing portal shows your exact trial-end date.
Do I need to remember to cancel before day 30?
If you want to stay subscribed, no. If you do not want to be charged, yes: cancel before the trial-end date. See billing/cancel for the cancel flow.
Can I extend the trial?
No, the trial length is fixed at 30 days. If you need more time to evaluate, contact [email protected] with your situation; extensions are not standard but Rick may grant one case by case.
Will I lose my data if I cancel during the trial?
Your debts, transactions, goals, and journal entries stay on file for 30 days after cancellation. If you reactivate within that window, everything is exactly where you left it.
