Cancel your ClarityTrack subscription

To cancel, open Settings, then Subscription, then click Manage billing. In the billing portal, click Cancel subscription. The cancellation walks through in the portal.

How to do it

  1. Sign in to ClarityTrack.
  2. From the Dashboard header, click the Settings icon.
  3. The Subscription section is at the top.
  4. Click Manage billing.
  5. In the billing portal, click Cancel subscription.
  6. Confirm the cancellation in the portal.

What happens after you cancel

Common questions

When does billing stop?

At the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. The cancellation date is shown in the portal before you confirm.

Will I lose my data immediately?

No. Your data stays on file for 30 days after cancellation. Sign back in within that window to reactivate without losing anything.

I want to delete my account, not just cancel. What is the difference?

Canceling stops billing but keeps your data on file. Deleting your account permanently removes your data and is irreversible. See account/delete-account for the full deletion flow.

Can I cancel from email or by replying to a support address?

No, all cancellations are self-serve through the billing portal so you stay in control of the timing. The portal is the only authoritative cancellation surface.
