Export all your data (full export)

The full data export gives you a complete copy of everything ClarityTrack holds about you in a single structured JSON file. This is a GDPR-style data portability export.

How to do it

Ask Clarity:

"Download all my data." "Give me a full data export." "Export everything in my account."

Clarity generates the file and gives you a download link valid for 1 hour.

What is included

• All debts and balance history
• All goals
• All journal entries, including linked transactions and attachments metadata
• Your Clarity AI memories
• Account settings and notification preferences

Common questions

Is this export suitable for deleting my account?

Yes. Download your full export before cancelling if you want to keep a copy of your data. See billing/cancel for account cancellation steps.

Can I import this data back into ClarityTrack?

Not currently. The JSON export is for your own records and portability. If you need to restore data, contact support.

How long does it take?

Usually a few seconds. If you have a large journal or many memories, it may take up to 30 seconds.
