View and download past invoices

To find past invoices, open Settings, then the Subscription section, then click Manage billing. In the billing portal, scroll to the Invoice history section. Click any invoice to view it, or use the download icon to save it as PDF.

  1. Sign in to ClarityTrack.
  2. Open Settings from the Dashboard header.
  3. Click Manage billing in the Subscription section.
  4. In the billing portal, scroll to Invoice history.
  5. Click any invoice row to view the details.
  6. Use the download icon to save a PDF for your records.

Common questions

Do you send invoices by email automatically?

Yes. After each successful charge, Stripe emails a receipt to the email address on file. The same invoices are also available in the portal for download at any time.

I need an invoice that shows my business name. Can I update it?

Yes. In the billing portal, update the billing address to include your business name and any required fields like a VAT or GST number. Future invoices use the new information. Past invoices are not retroactively updated; if you need a corrected past invoice, contact [email protected].

How far back do invoices go?

All invoices since you first subscribed are available. There is no rolling window.
