Manage your ClarityTrack billing
Open Settings, then scroll to the Subscription section at the top of the page, then click Manage billing. The billing portal opens in a new tab and shows your card on file, recent invoices, and your current plan.
How to do it
- Sign in to ClarityTrack.
- From the Dashboard header, click the Settings icon (the gear).
- The Subscription section is at the top of the Settings page.
- Click the Manage billing button. (If you are an admin or licensed user without a paid subscription, this button will not appear. See "My Manage billing button is missing or disabled" in the Common questions section below.)
- ClarityTrack redirects you to the secure billing portal hosted by Stripe.
- From there you can update your payment method, view past invoices, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel your subscription.
What you can do in the billing portal
- Update your credit or debit card.
- Update your billing address.
- View and download past invoices as PDF.
- Switch your plan between monthly ($19.95) and yearly ($199).
- Cancel your subscription.
Common questions
Do I need to sign in again?
No. The billing portal is opened from inside your ClarityTrack session and recognizes you automatically. You will not be asked to log in again.
Why does it open on a different domain?
The billing portal is hosted by Stripe at billing.stripe.com. We use Stripe to process payments securely. ClarityTrack never sees your card number directly.
My Manage billing button is missing or disabled. What now?
Two situations cause this:
- You are signed in as an admin or licensed user and do not have a paid subscription. The button only appears when you have a Stripe customer record.
- The billing portal is temporarily unreachable. Reload the page and try again. If it persists, reply to any of our emails and we will investigate.
Can I do this from the mobile app?
Yes. The same Manage billing button is in Settings on mobile. The portal opens in your phone's browser.
