Common questions
What if my APR changes month to month?
Enter the current APR. You can update it later if it changes. ClarityTrack uses the current APR in projections.
Do I need to add every debt manually?
You can import many debts at once from a CSV file instead. See debts/import-csv.
Can I just ask Clarity to add a debt for me?
Yes. From inside the app, ask Clarity something like "add a new debt called Chase with balance $5,000 at 18.99 APR and minimum payment $125." Clarity will preview the new debt and ask you to confirm before saving.
How do I delete a debt I added by mistake?
Open the debt detail page (click the debt name from the Plan tab) and use the Delete action. You can also ask Clarity to delete a debt by name; Clarity will preview the deletion and ask you to confirm.
